Uhhhh....Guys? Help :S Paint Tool SAI went weird..

I know i don't usually write journals and stuff but i was going to draw something for halloween in Paint Tool SAI when i realized something...
All of the sidebars and everything dissapeared!!!! D:
Does anyone....PLEEAAASEE...know how to get them back? I haven't got a clue o.O I don't even know how i got rid of them. PLEASE. T^T
